Kunker sale 263, lot 1486
This specimen was lot 1486 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabruck, June 2015), where it sold for €550 (about US$711 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Ferdinand II. 1592-1618-1637. Reichstaler 1622, Klagenfurt. Sehr schön +. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand II, 1618-37, thaler of 1622, Klagenfurt mint, very fine or better.)"
The SCWC mentions only 1621 for this somewhat scarce type altho distinguishing "1's" from "2's" on this early thaler can be tricky.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: silver.
