(Germany, principality of Reuss-Schleiz, Henry LXII, 1818-54, double union thaler of 1843, on the twenty-fifth anniversary if his reign. Scarce, only 500 struck, edge defects, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"Reuss was one of the splinter states of Saxon Thuringia and itself underwent several divisions. Many rulers were named Heinrich and several lines consolidated their numbering, resulting in this prince becoming Heinrich the sixty-second. This type was struck 1843 only and is very scarce.
