This specimen was lot 4752 in a Goldberg sale. This issue from Oaxaca is the commonest date of a very scarce mint, which struck twenty pesos 1870-72 and 1888. The first specimen was lot 4752 in a Goldberg sale. The second specimen was lot 667 in Morton & Eden sale 104 (London, November 2019), where it sold for £1,400 (about US$2,168 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "Decimal Coinage, 20 pesos, Durango mint, 1871/0 P, 1 of date over 0, weakly struck at centre, about extremely fine, scarce [1,073 pieces struck in 1871]. The ten pesos from Oaxaca are much more available. Other mints include Guanajuato, Hermosillo, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Mexico City and Alamos.
