This specimen was lot 4752 in a Goldberg sale. This issue from Oaxaca is the commonest date of a very scarce mint, which struck twenty pesos 1870-72 and 1888. The [[Mexico 1871-Oa E 10 pesos|ten pesos from Oaxaca]] are much more available.  Other mints include Guanajuato, Hermosillo, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Mexico City and Alamos.

The ten pesos from Oaxaca are much more available. Other mints include Guanajuato, Hermosillo, Culiacan, Durango, Zacatecas, Chihuahua, Mexico City and Alamos.
