Sincona sale 57, lot 3241
This specimen was lot 3241 in Sincona sale 57 (Zurich, May 2019), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$506 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA, Karl VI. 1711-1740. Taler 1740, Graz. Vorzüglich. (Holy Roman Empire, Charles VI, 1711-40, thaler of 1740, Graz mint. Extremely fine.)"
This one year type was accompanied by Dav-1038, from the Vienna mint, for 1740.

Recorded mintage: unknown but fairly common.

Specification: 28.82 g, .875 fine silver, this specimen 28.72 g.
