This specimen was lot 20063 in Heritage sale 3021 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $1,116.25. The catalog description[1] noted, "Breslau. Karl VI Taler 1717, MS61 NGC, an attractive coin with aged silvery-gray patina, minor haymarking in the open fields. Scarce type struck in the modern day Polish city of Wroclaw." This type was struck 1715-18 and is fairly common. Similar types were issued by Vienna, Hall and St. Veit.
