Kunker sale 264, lot 3453
This specimen was lot 3453 in Künker sale 264 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €4,400 (about US$5,684 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Leopold I. 1657-1705. 2 Dukaten 1678, IAN, Graz. GOLD. Min. Bearbeitungsspuren im Feld der Vorderseite, fast vorzüglich. (Austria, Leopold I, 1657-1705, double ducat of 1678, Graz mint. Tooling in obverse field, choice extremely fine.)"
